Our parent company, U.S. Property, Inc., a family-owned real estate firm in Lincoln, Nebraska, saw the growing need for dependable cold storage to support the region’s protein producers and food manufacturers. Leveraging years of experience in industrial and commercial development, we launched IceCap. We bring high-quality, service-driven cold storage solutions to the market with the personal touch and values of a family-run business.
In 2024, we proudly expanded into Phase 2 of our development, doubling our capacity and capabilities to better serve our clients and their evolving supply chain needs.
