Owner and CEO
Monte Froehlich, a recovering Food Scientist, is the Owner and CEO of IceCap Cold Storage. Inspired by his father Virgil’s 58-year leadership at Affiliated Foods in Norfolk, Nebraska, Monte is passionate about bringing the Midwest’s “breadbasket of the world” products to people everywhere. He founded IceCap as a family business, where his son now serves as Chief Revenue Officer, continuing the legacy of family leadership. Backed by over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Monte is known for turning complex challenges into opportunities. His forward-thinking leadership and commitment to delivering Warm Service in a Cold Industry makes him a respected force in the cold storage sector, where client needs are met with efficiency and reliability.
Adam Froehlich
Chief Revenue Officer
Bringing over a decade of large-enterprise software solution sales in developing US and international markets, Adam joined IceCap to help launch and accelerate the growth of a new family business venture. With a focus on strategic relationships and business optimization, Adam's goal is to provide solutions to the warehousing needs of our customers and deliver warm service in a cold industry. As a devoted husband and proud father of one, Adam is thrilled to be a part of the family business and to help build a lasting legacy.
Charlie Caruso
General Manager
Charlie Caruso brings over 20 years of comprehensive warehouse experience to IceCap. He began his career as an order selector and steadily advanced to Operations Manager during his 17 years with Affiliated Foods Midwest and Associated Wholesale Grocers. Since joining IceCap in October 2022, Charlie has applied his deep operational knowledge and leadership skills to drive efficiency and foster team success. His hands-on experience across all levels of warehouse operations makes him a key asset to the company’s growth. A dedicated family man, Charlie enjoys spending his free time golfing and creating memories with his loved ones.
Christina Schaben
Director of Strategic Projects
Christina Schaben brings over a decade of experience in project management and data analysis to IceCap Cold Storage, following a successful career in the forklift and telemetry industry where she led support teams and oversaw large-scale project implementations. Since joining IceCap, Christina has played a key role in the successful launch of Phase I and Phase II of the facility. She now leads department-specific initiatives focused on establishing best practices, improving productivity, and developing data-driven KPIs to guide performance.
Outside of work, Christina and her husband Willie stay active with their three children's love for baseball, horses, and dance.
Brad Arth
Director of IT
With an extensive career in Information Technology, Brad Arth has distinguished himself in designing and implementing IT infrastructure from the ground up for prominent organizations such as Madonna Rehabilitation and IceCap Cold Storage. In his current role as Director of IT at IceCap Cold Storage, he successfully oversaw the development and implementation of the facility’s IT infrastructure throughout both phase one and phase two of its buildout. A dedicated family man, Brad is happily married to Debra Arth and a proud father of four children.
Jenny Reser
HR Manager
Jenny brings 5 years of experience in Human Resources. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of Iowa, a M.B.A. from Louisiana State University Shreveport, and holds credentials from SHRM as a Certified Professional in Human Resources. Jenny’s leadership and support expands through recruitment and onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and HR policies and compliance. Prior to joining IceCap, Jenny worked at Viterra US as an HR Business Partner, where she supported the US Grain Operations business unit and led large-scale program implementations. Jenny is known for her calm, steady presence, her reliability in navigating complex HR situations, and her ability to earn trust across teams through consistency and follow-through. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband Evan and their 6-year-old chihuahua Calvin.
Jon Seaton
Operations Manager
Jonathon brings a strong background in leadership, having built his career through hard work and hands-on experience. He began his leadership journey as a Kitchen Manager at Village Inn in Sioux City, Iowa, taking on management responsibilities at a young age. Transitioning into the warehousing industry, Jonathon steadily advanced from his initial role as an Order Selector to his current position as Operations Manager.
In his current role, Jonathon oversees daily warehouse operations and is responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment, maintaining high service standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence. His leadership ensures that the team operates smoothly and meets organizational goals. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his grandson Chance, who keeps him active and on his toes.
